Reliable and flexible solution for our entire team
After months of dealing with spotty service and poor customer support from a different provider, switching to VoIP Direct was a breath of fresh air. Their system is intuitive, and the flexibility to use it across desktop, mobile, and IP desk phones has improved our team's productivity. The call quality is fantastic, and we love the chat and SMS features built right in.
VoIP Direct helped us project a professional image from day one. The ability to choose our number and set up an IVR with call routing created a great first impression for our clients. The interface is easy to use, even for team members who aren’t tech-savvy. We highly recommend VoIP Direct to small businesses who want to appear and operate like large enterprises.
As a fully remote company, having a reliable communication system is crucial. VoIP Direct’s desktop and mobile apps work flawlessly across platforms. We use the call and chat features daily, and voicemail transcription has been incredibly useful. It’s like having a professional-grade office phone system in your pocket.
We compared multiple VoIP providers before settling on VoIP Direct, and the decision was easy once we saw what they offered. The Gold Plan gave us everything we needed—toll-free number, mobile app, call forwarding, and more—without hidden costs. What stood out was the flexibility to grow with our business, adding extensions and features as we needed.
We switched from a legacy PBX system to VoIP Direct and couldn’t be more satisfied. The onboarding process was straightforward, and their support team walked us through every step. We love the voicemail-to-email and mobile app integration, which allows us to stay connected no matter where our team is working. It's helped us become more efficient and professional in our communications.
The call clarity with VoIP Direct is far superior to our previous provider. Even during peak business hours, we experience zero lag or dropped calls. When we needed assistance with setting up call routing and IVR for different departments, the support team was quick and knowledgeable. We appreciate having a Canadian-based provider we can rely on.
