Voice AI features and training

The AI can be programmed to answer the incoming calls either 24/7 or after 1-3 rings if human does not answer.

The AI will be trained and programmed based on the information on your website. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) can be added for additional ($19).

The AI will be tested and re-trained if necessary to achieve optimized performance. The A will be able to answer all questions regarding the business that is provided in various pages of the website.

The AI voice can be male or female voice as your choice.

AI agent Roles during the call:

Greet caller and introduce herself

Answer caller’s questions

Transfer call to human when/if requested by the caller

The AI will try to the best of its ability to book an appointment

The AI agent will collect caller’s name, Phone number and reason for the call when caller agrees to books an appointment

The A updates your calendar when the appointment is booked

The AI will send SMS notification to caller and to you
