Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. Although we don't like to see you leaving us however, if for whatever reason should you wish to cancel your services you may do so at any time by notifying us in writing. Just note that current month and previously paid-for services will not be refunded as the service has already been used but, you won't get charged for the following month(s) after the date you initiated cancellation notification.

To start a cancellation, please notify us by email at customerservice@voipdirect.ca. Please note cancelling your services by calling us cannot be processed for record keeping reasons.
